1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the norirallystream.autos website ("Site") and the services provided by Floating Microgreen Farm & Culinary Experience ("FloatGreen," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Products and Orders

All microgreen products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse any order. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders placed before 10 AM are eligible for same-day delivery within our delivery zone.

Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the actual product due to the natural characteristics of living plants. All weights listed are approximate at time of harvest.

3. Delivery Policy

We offer same-day delivery within a 15-mile radius of our Harbor District farm for orders placed before 10 AM. Delivery fees apply for distances beyond 10 miles. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Workshop Bookings

Workshop reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for rescheduling but not refunds. No-shows forfeit the booking fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to weather conditions, minimum attendance requirements, or other operational needs. In such cases, full refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

5. Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee the freshness and quality of all our microgreen products at the time of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will provide a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FloatGreen and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

FloatGreen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

8. Allergies and Health Disclaimer

Our microgreens are grown in a facility that handles various plant species. While we take precautions against cross-contamination, individuals with severe plant allergies should exercise caution. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
